Roles & Responsibilities of an Ekta Run Ambassador

Promotion & Awareness

  • l  Actively promote the Ekta Run within their network (friends, colleagues, fitness groups, schools, colleges, corporates, clubs, etc.).

  • l  Use social media platforms to create buzz (sharing posts, tagging Ekta Run, using official hashtags).

  • l  Encourage sign-ups through personal connections and communities.

Participant Engagement

  • l  Motivate and guide participants — especially first-timers — about training tips, event guidelines, and run-day preparation.

  • l  Be a point of contact for participants in their community/circle.

  • l  Share positive stories, testimonials, and experiences related to Ekta Run.

On-Ground Presence

  • l  Represent Ekta Run at promotional activities (pre-event meetups, fitness sessions, training runs).

  • l  Be visible and approachable on event day — welcoming runners, encouraging them, and sharing the spirit of unity.

  • l  Assist organizers in ensuring a smooth runner experience by guiding participants when needed.

Brand Representation

  • l  Uphold the values of Ekta Run: unity, wellness, inclusivity, and social impact.

  • l  Act as the face of Ekta Run in their community or city.

  • l  Support our sponsors and partners by giving them visibility when required (without it feeling forced).

Feedback & Improvement

  • l  Collect feedback from participants in their circle to share with the organizing team.

  • l  Suggest new ideas to improve future events and enhance participant experience.
