Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for registering for Ekta Run – India’s Unity Run. As this is a time-bound, non-profit public event involving logistics and planning, we follow a strict refund and cancellation policy outlined below.

Voluntary Withdrawal by Runner

  • If a runner wishes to withdraw after registering, the refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances.

Event Postponement

  • If the event is postponed due to unavoidable reasons (e.g., weather, government orders, safety concerns), registered participants will have the option to:

  • Carry forward their registration to the new date, OR

​​

  • Request a refund of the registration fee paid.

Event Cancellation

  • If the event is cancelled, all registered runners will receive a 100% refund of the registration fee paid.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • No refund will be made if the runner fails to participate or is disqualified due to non-compliance with event rules.
